About The Position
The SOMM Hotel & Spa is seeking a seasonal Spa Receptionist to join their team. This role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all spa appointments, maintaining knowledge of spa services and products, and ensuring the spa facility is maintained throughout the shift. The Spa Receptionist will also escort guests to and from treatments, handle cashiering duties for services and retail, and answer incoming calls. The position requires previous customer service experience, strong computer, communication, and telephone skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. A positive "SPA vibe" and a team-player attitude are essential.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
- Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
- Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
- Escort guests to and from treatments
- Cashiering duties for services and retail
- Answer all incoming calls
- Other duties as assigned
