About The Position

The SOMM Hotel & Spa is seeking a seasonal Spa Receptionist to join their team. This role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, maintaining knowledge of spa services and products, managing the spa facility, handling cashiering duties, and answering incoming calls. Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Must be a team player
• Must have a positive SPA vibe
• Strong computer, communication and telephone skills
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
• Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
• Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
• Cashiering duties for services and retail
• Answer all incoming calls
• Other duties as assigned
