About The Position
This position ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming environment while assisting guests and maintaining pool facilities.
Requirements
- Ability to monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist swimmers in danger when necessary.
- Ability to clean the pool, deck, furniture, and accessories.
- Ability to test and balance water chemicals.
- Ability to perform routine inspections.
- Ability to welcome guests, provide towels, shade, refreshments, and respond to inquiries or requests.
- Ability to arrange loungers, umbrellas, and other poolside furniture.
- Ability to ensure the area is neat and organized.
- Ability to notify supervisors of hazards, damages, or incidents.
- Ability to maintain records of pool maintenance and guest activity.
