Responsibilities

Inspire, coach, and lead a team of talented spa professionals
Create an exceptional experience for every guest
Drive membership, retail, and business growth
Recruit, develop, and celebrate high-performing team members
Balance coaching, accountability, and recognition to help your team succeed
Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting
Promote the wellness benefits of massage therapy, facials, and skincare
Keep the spa running smoothly with strong organization and attention to detail
