About The Position

As the Spa Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the center while coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals. This is a full-time, in-center leadership position.

Requirements

2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required)
Flexible availability is required to support business needs
Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance
Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment

Monitor center performance, staffing, productivity, and profitability
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
Execute promotions, maintain visual merchandising and center cleanliness
Adapt to changing business needs and new initiatives
