Aurora Medical Spa is hiring a Spa Manager for our Castle Rock location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to be in the middle of the action, leading a close-knit team with the systems, training, and brand recognition of a company that has spent nearly twenty years earning trust across Missouri, Colorado, and Texas. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong computer literacy
• Solid understanding of financial management
• Prolonged periods of standing and sitting
• Repetitive fine motor motions
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs at times

Nice To Haves

• Medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology experience is a plus
• Relevant training or certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead the administrative and provider teams
• Run regular team meetings, quarterly 1:1s, and performance reviews
• Keep the team focused, motivated, and drama-free
• Oversee day-to-day operations so providers can stay focused on clients
• Manage inventory, place orders, and keep devices on their preventative maintenance schedule
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Make sure the practice stays compliant with industry regulations
• Handle the unexpected, whether that’s a staffing gap or a piece of equipment down
• Oversee location financials: deposits, sales revenue, CareCredit, and budget tracking
• Support payroll and scheduling as needed
• Partner HQ on business strategy and annual goals
• Be a visible presence for clients and resolve concerns before they become complaints
• Build relationships with vendor reps and manage those partnerships
