Urbana Country Club is seeking a motivated, service-focused Spa Lead to join our luxurious Resort and Spa team. Requirements

• At least 1+ year of experience in Spas
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic attitude and commitment to hospitality
• Effective listening abilities with strong judgement skills

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated leadership ability or interest in taking on a lead role
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
