About The Position

Hiatus Day Spa + Med Spa is seeking experienced Spa Managers, Wellness Managers, and Hospitality Leaders to lead one of their locations. This role is for an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys running a business, developing people, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The Spa General Manager is the core of their location, responsible for leading front-of-house teams, service providers, and daily operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience "The Hiatus Way." This position combines people leadership, operational excellence, and business strategy, making it ideal for a results-driven individual passionate about team development and business growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years management experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail leadership
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business performance
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage KPIs and P&L
  • Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your spa’s revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Monitor and drive KPIs including membership growth, retail sales, guest retention, and service utilization.
  • Use financial insights and daily reporting to guide strategic business decisions.
  • Manage budgets and optimize profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
  • Partner with Med Spa leadership to expand and elevate aesthetics services.
  • Collaborate with brand partners to host retail and wellness events.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing spa team.
  • Lead Front Desk, Guest Experience, and Service Provider teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and career growth.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top talent.
  • Ensure staffing levels meet guest demand and support revenue goals.
  • Mentor team members and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Champion “The Hiatus Way” guest experience.
  • Ensure every guest receives personalized, results-driven services and expert recommendations.
  • Drive membership growth and guest loyalty.
  • Respond to guest feedback and continuously improve the guest journey.
  • Maintain a spa environment that is beautiful, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee daily spa operations including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
  • Execute operational SOPs and maintain consistent brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and operational flow.
