Responsibilities

Deliver every treatment with warmth and a genuine smile, ensuring a memorable, high-quality experience for each client.
Efficiently manage multiple clients simultaneously by leveraging the "hands-off" downtime inherent in our treatment protocols.
Review client records (UMRs), process payments, and scan the Alle app before escorting clients to treatment areas.
Schedule follow-up appointments, input ALLE points, and conduct post-treatment reviews immediately following each session.
Clean and prep treatment rooms immediately after each client leaves to maintain a professional and sterile environment.
Wash, fold, and put away laundry continuously throughout the shift to prevent buildup and ensure a constant supply.
Maintain machine longevity and performance by using proper cleaning techniques and handling with care.
Keep the wet bar, bathrooms, and treatment rooms fully stocked throughout the day and before the final shift close.
