About The Position

Bodenvy is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Operating Partner to lead and grow a newly built-out, high-end med spa location in Summit, New Jersey. This is a rare opportunity for a proven sales leader and operator who knows how to lead a team, hit revenue goals, manage KPIs, and run a P&L. The Summit location is highly attractive, professionally designed, and already built out. We are looking for the right partner to bring leadership, local market energy, team accountability, sales discipline, and day-to-day operational excellence. This is not a traditional employee management role; it is an operating partner opportunity for someone who wants to be deeply involved in running the business and building long-term value. The selected candidate will make a minimum financial equity investment of $100,000. The Operating Partner will primarily contribute through sweat equity by actively managing, growing, and leading the spa. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong sales leadership, business operations experience, and industry passion who wants ownership upside in the med spa space but may not currently be in a position to personally invest the seven figures typically required to launch a high-end med spa independently.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading sales and managing a team to hit targets
  • Strong closing ability and sales coaching skills
  • Comfortable owning KPIs, scheduling, conversion, retention, and P&L performance
  • Access to a minimum of $100,000 in available capital; if you do not have access to at least $100,000, please do not apply
  • Able to operate in or near Summit, NJ; candidates must live within approximately 45 minutes of the spa or self-fund relocation
  • Willing to contribute significant sweat equity by actively operating and growing the business

Nice To Haves

  • Med spa or aesthetics experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • Background can be retail, fitness, wellness, aesthetics, med spa, or any high-volume sales environment

  • High emotional intelligence, strong client service instincts, and a polished professional presence
  • A genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness, client transformation, and premium service

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Summit spa team
  • Drive revenue, consultations, client conversion, retention, and recurring business
  • Own KPIs, scheduling, close rates, conversion, retention, and P&L performance
  • Create a premium client experience from first contact through treatment follow-up
  • Oversee front desk, provider, consultation, and client service workflows
  • Support local marketing, community outreach, events, and referral partnerships
  • Monitor schedules, payroll efficiency, consultations, client outcomes, and revenue goals
  • Maintain Bodenvy brand standards, culture, accountability, and service expectations
  • Act like an owner, not just a manager
