About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience for our guests, managing appointments, promoting and selling spa services, and working collaboratively with service providers to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience at Joanna Vargas. We are looking for a strong sales background and the ability to meet sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. You should be able to multitask, work well under pressure and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Sales skills: The ability to sell spa products and services to potential clients and to upsell to existing clients.
  • Customer service: The ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients, including greeting them warmly, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills are essential to keep track of appointments, inventory, and client information.
  • Time management: The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with computer software and point of sale systems is important
  • Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team, including communicating with team members,
  • Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
  • Knowledge of spa industry: Knowledge of the spa industry, including services, products, and trends

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, including responding to product/service inquiries and resolving issues
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups, sending information on new promotions
  • Managing client appointments and schedules for estheticians
  • Processing payments, rends, and exchanges using Boulevard
  • Offering packages to clients based on their needs communicated by the estheticians
  • Creating a plan with the estheticians for client outreach and sales
  • Collaborating with service providers and managers to ensure the smooth operation of the business
  • Identifying and contacting potential returning customers or clients by performing client outreach
  • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and techniques
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by management
