About The Position

Under the direction of the Spa Director, the incumbent provides superior hands on guest service by providing informed and accurate sales and booking strategies. Trains all Front Desk Associates on operating standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the hospitality guest service or spa salon areas or one (1) year of experience as a designated trainer for customer service related field required.
  • Demonstrates competency in areas of guest service and providing excellent customer service.
  • Must have knowledge and experience using salon/spa software, as well as other related software systems.
  • Knowledge of, and be able to clearly and professionally articulate the benefits and sales points of all retail, treatments and services offered.
  • Must be able to pass a basic math test.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be patient, friendly, compassionate and professional so as to be able to deal with people of all temperaments, especially under pressure.
  • Must be able to prioritize and be multi-tasked.
  • Must possess proficient computer skills with keyboard agility.
  • Must be able to read and understand documents such as policy and procedures manuals, fire and safety procedures, e-mails, memos, itineraries and schedules.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business demands and without restrictions.
  • Flexibility is essential.
