Requirements

  • Previous customer service skills or hotel/resort/Spa experience preferred.
  • Provide high quality guest/member service.
  • Computer skills, general cashiering/ reception duties.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Meets grooming standards.
  • We provide a substance free environment. Substance testing is mandatory.
  • Meets/exceeds customer expectations.
  • Computer experience required.
  • Meets or exceeds the team expectations.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective guest relations.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments pertinent to the department, including new products, services, special promotions, etc.
  • Read bulletin board for new information or announcements; verify your schedule for your next shift.
  • Greet all visitors to the Lobby immediately and with a smile.
  • Welcome all arriving guests to The Spa and check in each guest using the provided dialogues.
  • Be familiar with all aspects of services offered, including descriptions, price, products used and contraindications, in order to upgrade services at check in and rebook guests at check out.
  • Have a complete understanding of the hostess operations to assist with tours and couples packages when necessary.
  • Knowledge of products sold in Spa Boutique to assist guests when necessary.
  • Clean, maintain and stock workstations as needed or directed.
  • Knowledgeable of all safety and sanitation standards appropriate to the performance of the job.
