About The Position

The Spa Experience Coordinator at Fairmont Century Plaza will be the first point of welcome for guests calling or visiting the spa. This role involves guiding guests to the right treatments, arranging their visit in detail, and ensuring a relaxed experience. The position requires a passion for hospitality, wellness, and making people feel cared for.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel front desk, or guest-facing role is preferred.
• Experience with Book4Time or a similar booking system is an asset.
• Warm, polished presence that reflects a positive, healthy lifestyle.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine guest-service mindset.
• Calm and solution-focused in busy or challenging moments.
• Skilled at multitasking and managing time well.
• Comfortable with computers, cash handling, and basic accounting.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to be employed in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest, greeting them warmly and managing smooth, timely check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries from hotel guests, local clients, and future visitors with professionalism and care.
• Share thorough, confident knowledge of every treatment, service, and spa offering, helping each guest find their perfect experience.
• Book, modify, and cancel spa, fitness, and wellness appointments in Book4Time with speed and accuracy.
• Recommend additional treatments and create personalized itineraries for spa and hotel guests.
• Coordinate group spa reservations, special events, and departmental projects.
• Reconfirm every booking and sale in detail to ensure each visit runs without a hitch.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and concerns, take the right action, and follow up to make sure the guest is happy.
• Give special attention to guests with unique needs or those whose experience needs recovery.
• Share guest needs and concerns with the Spa Manager or Manager on Duty.
• Handle payments and cash accurately.
• Take part in all department meetings and trainings to keep growing knowledge and skills.
