About The Position

The Spa Experience Agent is an essential member of the guest‑facing operations team at Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain. Agents ensure that all spa environments are clean, safe, well‑maintained, and guest‑ready at all times. This role is responsible for delivering warm, friendly, and professional service while supporting guests throughout their thermal journey. Spa Experience Agents perform hands‑on operational tasks, uphold cleanliness standards, complete inspections, and support other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
Excellent customer service, time‑management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
Comfortable with fast‑paced, multi‑tasking work environments.
Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs, walking long distances, bending, climbing, and working indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pool systems, water treatment, or chemical testing is an asset (training provided).
