As a Spa Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments while ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience for each client. You will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, performing skincare treatments, waxing services, and beauty rituals in line with the brand’s standards and protocols. Your role includes maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, and consistently aiming for client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken French
  • Proficiency in English is required, as the candidate will regularly interact with a primarily English-speaking clientele
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of how the various Spa treatments work as well as the benefits, indications and contraindications related to them
  • Have a good resistance to stress and manage it positively and effectively
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele

Responsibilities

  • Perform aesthetic treatments while respecting brand standards
  • Organise therapy cabins as well as all material and products provided
  • Consistently ensure quality of work performed as well as guest satisfaction
  • Anticipate guest needs, stay informed on all contraindications and pay special attention to the state of skin and/or nails in order to evaluate their appearance and the pertinence of the scheduled treatment
  • Ensure all hygiene rules regarding cleanliness are followed: clean, maintain and sterilize all instruments
