About The Position
Dahlia's Wellness Center & Medspa is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Patient/Client Coordinator to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting daily operations, scheduling, communication, and client retention. Dahlia's Wellness Center is a family-owned, physician-led, bilingual wellness and aesthetic practice dedicated to providing exceptional care, personalized treatment plans, and a welcoming client experience. We believe in building lasting relationships through education, integrity, and genuine care, helping our clients look and feel their best with confidence.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using phones, texting, and scheduling software
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Medspa, spa, medical office, salon, or hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Assist with client retention and rebooking
- Check clients in and out
- Manage intake forms and client records
- Support daily office operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Educate clients on services, packages, and promotions
- Assist with package and product sales
- Request reviews and testimonials
- Help create a positive, luxury client experience
