Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Availability to work any day or shift is highly desired.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Ability to obtain a CPR and First Aide certification
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, check them in for appointments, and provide friendly, courteous service.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and booking inquiries.
  • Schedule massages, facials, and other spa services while promoting appropriate upgrades and add-on treatments.
  • Explain spa services, packages, pricing, and policies to guests.
  • Recommend retail products and service enhancements based on guest needs.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate point-of-sale and cashiering operations.
  • Manage appointment cancellations and booking adjustments.
  • Contact scheduled guests one week prior to their appointments to confirm details and ensure readiness.
  • Prepare guest paperwork and intake forms.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and within established guidelines.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments, including housekeeping and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail area; dust shelves twice weekly and wipe them down daily.
  • Assist guests with retail purchases and restock merchandise as needed.
  • Provide daily schedules to specialists and spa staff.
  • Distribute towels, fold robes, and maintain guest amenities.
  • Perform hourly facility rounds, including emptying trash receptacles, replenishing towels, robes, and locker room products, and ensuring all guest areas are clean and presentable.
  • Clean and maintain the front desk, spa, pool, and fitness center areas as needed.
  • Follow all opening and closing procedures.
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
