About The Position

Come Join The Woodhouse Day Spa Team! We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday. More specifically, our qualified Travel Spa Coordinator: Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience Supports the General Manager and leadership team Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed. Requirements

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
