About The Position

The Spa Coordinator is a key member of the LNPC Spa Team, responsible for executing and coordinating scheduling and sales efforts in the Spa. This role involves developing and overseeing the training of the spa team to achieve defined business goals. The Spa Coordinator must be proficient in all Classic Massages, manage the spa team, and provide an exceptional member and non-member experience. Responsibilities extend to contributing to effective professional relationships with other departments to support spa processes and sales. The Spa Coordinator is expected to deliver an extremely high level of customer service and member experience, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills and adhering to the Center’s Service Standards. The primary goals are to grow the spa client base, increase ancillary revenue streams, achieve excellent member satisfaction, and create long-term promoters of the Center and LNPC Spa. Additionally, the Spa Coordinator will develop and nurture a book of business through community outreach, corporate relations, and special events to support the strategic initiatives and business success of the Center.

Requirements

  • Licensed Massage Therapist
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed massage therapist
  • Demonstrate success achieving organizational business goals thru necessary skills and relationships.
  • Excellent communication and other interpersonal skills.
  • No written disciplinary action within the last 12 months
  • Pass Background Check
  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Utilizing excellent interpersonal skills and being well-versed in the Center’s Service Standards.
  • Growing the spa client base and ancillary revenue streams.
  • Earning excellent member satisfaction levels.
  • Creating life-long promotors of the Center and specifically the LNPC Spa.
  • Developing and nurturing a book of business by building a network through community outreach initiatives, effective corporate (employer) relations and engaging in special events.
  • Effectively manages the Spa Team with respect to the achievement of Center business goals.
  • Provides oversight of Spa Team including scheduling, supervision and completion of annual performance review.
  • Contribute to achieving a consistently excellent member experience resulting in high member satisfaction ratings and low member attrition.
  • Address all member concerns and provide prompt and member-friendly follow up.
  • Proficient and compliant with all current facility policies and procedures.
  • Consistently meets and/or exceeds the Center’s performance objectives and Key Performance Indicators as outlined in the Annual Strategic Plan.
  • Demonstrates the desire to continually improve areas of the business by identifying an area for improvement, devising a solution, then implementing a plan.
