Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
- Confidence and comfort with multitasking in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, Windows)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest, every time
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Greet clients upon arrival and departure with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Support daily spa operations and keep the space clean, stocked, and organized
- Handle point-of-sale transactions quickly and accurately
- Promote spa services, products, and packages to enhance the guest experience
- Communicate schedules and updates with spa professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports for appointments and transactions
- Monitor product inventory and notify leadership of supply needs
- Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
