Requirements
- English - spoken and written proficiency - required
- Proficiency with basic computer navigation and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook -required
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent - preferred
- Must be over 18 for alcohol sales and service - preferred
- 1+ yrs. experience in related field (spa, hospitality, salon, retail) - preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a sense of order and efficiencies for spa operations via proper scheduling and communication of guest and staff appointments and packages.
- Checking in/out guests.
- Guest service.
- Cleaning common areas.
- Answering all spa phone calls.
- Scheduling spa appointments for multiple therapists.
- Assisting with retail inventory.
