About The Position

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the spa. They oversee the scheduling of appointments, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that customers have a positive experience. In addition, they manage the front desk, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Previous spa, salon, hospitality experience.
Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress and strives for growth.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Experience with SpaSoft.
Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building.

Responsibilities

Manage guest appointments and ensure timely and accurate communication with guests.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure that the spa is clean and well-organized at all times.
Train and supervise spa staff as needed.
Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues as needed.
Process guest payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate.
Prepare reports and manage scheduling software.
Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all spa related activities consistent with the policies, philosophy and objectives of the spa.
Host staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service.
Communicate with other departments to ensure a cohesive hotel/spa environment.
Communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues and management.
