About The Position

This role is responsible for the experience at the reception desk of the Spa and ensuring our guests have a smooth arrival, treatment, and departure experience. This role will assist the Spa Manager to ensure all spa areas are well maintained and the guest experience is at the expected level.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role, luxury spa experience preferred.
• Passion for spa, wellness, and holistic modalities.
• Strong guest service experience and the ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft applications.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Managing the spa reception desk by greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing the spa appointment schedule and checking out guests when they depart.
• Responding to all guest needs and special requests either in person or via phone and add personal recommendations where appropriate.
• Utilizing Point of Sales System to accurately charge the guest for services and items.
• Recommending retail products to guests and assisting Spa Attendants with other duties as needed.
