About The Position
We are seeking a Spa Concierge to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Spa Concierge is responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional luxurious, 5-Star service for all guests while creating a comfortable, relaxing personal experience. We have a Part-Time position available. All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferable in the hospitality industry.
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
- Must be able to keep calm and composed while under pressure.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
- Previous experience working in AAA, Five-Diamond, Forbes Five-Star property.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Must be able to build rapport with guests.
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
