About The Position

The Woodhouse Spa - Vintage Park, America's Premier Day Spa, is seeking an experienced spa professional to join our Spa Concierge team. This is a full-time evening position with required hours from 1 pm to 8 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The role serves as primary support for the spa's manager, therapists, and guests, ensuring every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience. The Spa Concierge will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, provide service recommendations, process payments, and partner with therapists to drive guest retention and retail sales. This role also involves educating guests on the Woodhouse experience, remembering personal details to enhance guest pampering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The position requires strong computer skills, the ability to perform light cleaning and laundry duties, lift up to 45 lbs, stand for long periods, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is also necessary.

Requirements

Must have 2 years or more of sales experience
Have a welcoming and warm personality, outgoing, never met a stranger
Have strong computer skills
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be willing to work shifts Monday through Saturday and able to be flexible with your schedule
Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Prefer in-spa setting experience
prefer previous experience with scheduling software

Responsibilities

Serves as primary support for the spas manager, therapists and guests
Ensures that every guest has a friendly, inviting and memorable experience
Answers incoming calls, listens to our guests needs to schedule appointments or give service recommendations, and collects payment for services
Partners with the therapists to increase their guest retention and retail sales by scheduling the guests next appointment during checkout and promotes the recommended products
Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
Drives service and retail sales/awareness by educating guests on products, services and treatments
Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guests favorite drink, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries and can pamper our guests
Must be able to perform light cleaning duties, laundry duties and lift up to 45 lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
