The Spa Concierge's mission is to welcome, guide, and deepen the guest experience inside the Wellness Haven — creating moments that feel calm, intentional, premium, and unforgettable. This role is for someone who can hold the room, read people quickly, make premium recommendations with calm conviction, and never make the experience feel transactional. The sale happens inside the experience, not through pressure, scripts, or awkward checkout pitches. The Spa Concierge is a memory architect first and a closer second.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-touch, guest-facing role such as luxury hospitality, spa/wellness, premium retail, boutique fitness, fine dining, or another elevated service environment
  • Experience making guest recommendations, upselling, or selling in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Whitwell, TN
  • Ability to work a hospitality schedule, including weekends and peak guest days as needed

  • Experience selling premium services, retail, memberships, upgrades, or add-ons
  • Experience in emotionally meaningful, ceremony-based, or highly personalized guest experiences

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Welcome & Wellness Haven tour for every guest, unless respectfully declined
  • Guide Signature couples through the Founders Blessing at Circle Rock, one couple at a time
  • Protect the emotional, physical, and relational flow of the guest’s spa day
  • Serve as the guardian of the Wellness Haven guest experience
  • Introduce the Day-2 Side-by-Side Renewal at the right time and close it after the Day-1 hot springs glow
  • Recommend retail in a way that feels personal and care-based, including heart-shaped Himalayan stones, take-home oils, and branded kits
  • Offer beverages in a warm, pool-butler style: champagne, tea, and curated NA options
  • Keep every movement unhurried, intentional, quiet, and premium
  • Walk slightly ahead of the guest — never behind the moment
