About The Position
We are excited to hire a Full-Time Spa Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and serve as the initial point of contact for guests visiting our spa.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to serve as the initial point of contact for guests
- Ability to provide comprehensive information about spa services, treatments, classes, and activities
- Ability to schedule appointments for all spa services
- Ability to communicate add-ons or modifications to treatment staff
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet each guest upon arrival at the spa and offer them a beverage to enhance their experience.
- Provide comprehensive information about the spa's services, treatments, classes, and activities, ensuring guests are well-informed and can make informed choices.
- Schedule appointments for all spa services and effectively communicate any add-ons or modifications to the treatment staff.
