About The Position

The Spa Concierge/Reservationist is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming guests to the Spa, checking them in, touring guests through the Spa and sharing information about our amenities, and completing the guest check out transaction once their treatment is complete. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, the willingness to learn and the ability to multi-task. Our mission at The Spa at Chatham Bars Inn is to provide personalized and friendly service, as well as a memorable experience for our guests. This team member will play a key role in making each guest's day at the Spa enjoyable and serene. We are dedicated to delivering the ultimate tranquil escape to every guest.

Requirements

• An engaging and welcoming personality
• A strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to frequent bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
• A flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Ability to obtain a CPR and First Aide certification
• A passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
