Requirements

Must be familiar with each hotel's layout, products, services, amenities, and history.
High school diploma or GED.
Related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve guests at the spa desk/reception area at Amway Grand Plaza and JW Marriott, providing efficient, courteous, and professional service.
Participate in an "aggressive hospitality program," greeting guests warmly and enthusiastically, and being attentive to their needs.
Prepare standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports.
Learn and follow all hotel policies and procedures, including uniform standards and company policies.
Practice safety standards and report all unsafe conditions.
Maintain an organized work area to provide fast and courteous service.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner as a goodwill ambassador.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to please guests, and ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors.
Follow established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Adhere to prescribed grooming and appearance standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Open and/or close the work day.
Book appointments using Spa Booker.
Answer questions about products and services.
Greet and prepare guests for services.
Check guests out and process payments using Volante.
Organize inventory.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the spa.
Provide customer care services as required.
Perform other tasks as required or requested by the Manager.
