About The Position

The Spa Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, showing them around the facilities, and responding to their special requests and needs. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa and Salon area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

Responsibilities

• Greeting and interacting with guests, showing them around the facilities and responding to special requests and needs.
• Keeping the spa and salon area clean, performing basic maintenance and sanitation of equipment, massage tables, and locker rooms, spa rooms.
• Assisting with cleaning spa rooms and salon after client use.
• Restocking towels, robes, sandals, and linens, and refreshing the relaxation area and salon area.
• Maintaining accurate appointment records and coordinating check-ins.
• Monitoring the security of the facility and noting any maintenance issues.
• Checking all doors to ensure only registered guests or clients gain access.
• Performing daily checks of spa and salon equipment and supplies to ensure they are working properly, and reporting any repair needs to the supervisor.
• Playing a primary role in services and ensuring guest satisfaction.
