The Spa Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing information on Spa services, treatments, and amenities. This role involves escorting guests through treatment rooms, guiding them through spa facilities, and promptly responding to guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction. The attendant will maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and pools, and regularly monitor and replenish towels, linens, and spa products. Additionally, they will ensure equipment is functioning properly, assist in ordering and stocking spa products, and maintain inventory levels. Compliance with all safety and health standards, internal policies, and proper sanitation of spa areas and equipment is crucial. The Spa Attendant will ensure guests are aware of and follow spa policies, work closely with the spa team for smooth operations, and uphold 4-star standards through excellent customer service, maintaining positive relations with guests and employees, and going above and beyond to make each guest feel welcomed and special. Attendance is critical, requiring reporting to work on time, as scheduled, and ready to work. Special projects may be assigned as needed or requested.
