The Spa Attendant is responsible for opening the Rock Spa, greeting and checking in guests, setting up and maintaining relaxation areas and stations, stocking and maintaining lockers, cleaning showers and bathrooms, maintaining steam rooms, and removing used linen and trash. The Spa Attendant must be knowledgeable of spa operations, including treatments, packages, and use of all spa equipment. They ensure all areas of the Rock Spa remain free of damage, debris, dust, clutter, and trash. This role involves setting up, maintaining, and breaking down relaxation lounge and fruit, water, and tea stations, as well as stocking and maintaining lockers and ensuring towel, linen, and robe supplies. The Spa Attendant is also responsible for cleaning locker rooms, restrooms, and showers, replenishing amenities, and maintaining the sauna, locker rooms, and public spaces of the Rock Spa. They ensure treatment rooms and stations are maintained before and after each use, including removing used linen, trash, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, and restocking supplies. Maintaining positive and professional communication with all team members, providing recognition to others, and participating in meetings are also key aspects of this role. Ensuring a healthy and safe work environment for co-workers and guests, being knowledgeable of property facilities, services, hours of operation, in-house events, conferences, and amenities to proactively assist guests, and promoting property outlets to guests are essential. The Spa Attendant resolves guest complaints using property procedures and creates a positive environment where team members can maximize their potential. They listen to feedback to improve performance, work as a team to deliver Amplified Service, and participate in Sound Check meetings. A positive attitude, understanding and practicing the company's mission, values, and culture are expected. The role requires performing duties in accordance with company standards, policies, and guidelines, and performing additional duties as requested. Communication with supervisors and managers is crucial to ensure assigned duties are completed to standard. A professional image and ethical conduct are expected to protect the Hard Rock brand, and maintaining confidentiality of guest, team member, and company information is required. General administrative duties may also be part of the role.
