About The Position

As Spa Attendant Supervisor you will lead the team of Spa Attendants (Links) and provide premier quality service to guests. The Spa Attendant Supervisor will also work to maintain a consistent flow of general spa operations. You will collaborate with the Spa Attendant Manager to ensure performance standards are met and that shifts run effectively.

Requirements

  • Have at least (2) years of leadership experience; required.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional customer service mentality.
  • Be enthusiastic, adaptive personality and possess a high level of attention to detail/aesthetic.
  • Be able to prioritize, organize, and make appropriate judgment calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend and lift up to (20) pounds.
  • Must be flexible with their schedule.
  • Weekend and holiday hours will be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Have a minimum of (2) years’ experience in a luxury spa setting; preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Links team during the shift, assigning posts, managing breaks, coverage, and real-time operational changes.
  • Ensure smooth guest flow throughout the bathhouse experience while maintaining AIRE service standards.
  • Lead AM and PM briefings to review staffing, daily priorities, and operational updates.
  • Conduct walk-throughs to ensure bath areas, guest spaces, and operational stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Maintain communication with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Facilities, and Therapist teams to support seamless operations.
  • Complete shift handovers and communicate important operational updates to leadership.
  • Support the department in the absence of the Manager and perform MOD duties when needed.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to Links team members throughout the shift.
  • Support onboarding and training for new employees to ensure understanding of service and operational standards.
  • Address attendance, performance, and minor team concerns while escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist with payroll review by ensuring attendance and worked hours are accurate.
  • Support team engagement and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness throughout the shift.
  • Help maintain inventory organization and communicate supply needs proactively.
  • Ensure all team members uphold grooming, professionalism, and luxury hospitality standards.
