About The Position

As a Full Time Spa Attendant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, you will create a warm, relaxing first impression for every guest while setting up and maintaining the facilities within the spa, including the male change room area. This role is suited for someone with a high level of detail and dedication to serving guests, working as part of a team that balances a strong commitment to thoughtful guest experiences with a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a spa or fitness center.
• Great customer service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Valid work authorization for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain spa facilities, including refreshments, the male locker rooms, workout areas, and pre-treatment rooms.
• Interact with guests with the utmost hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and addressing questions related to spa services.
• Perform light cleaning duties in the male change room including showers, washroom, and locker room areas.
• Accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving guest questions in connection with spa services.
