Spa Attendant
About The Position
A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio is Prescott's award-winning wellness destination, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Spa Attendant to help maintain the clean, peaceful environment our clients love. The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and overall presentation of the wellness studio. Working independently during evening hours, this role ensures treatment rooms, common areas, and laundry are refreshed and ready for the next business day while supporting a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment for clients and staff.
Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized with excellent time management
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, lift up to 30 lbs. regularly (50 lbs. occasionally), and stand throughout the shift
- Willing to learn and follow sanitation protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and availability Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, spa, or healthcare cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect the entire facility
- Clean restrooms, staff areas, windows, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces
- Wash, fold, organize, and restock spa linens
- Organize storage and maintain supply levels
- Empty trash and recycling
- Complete evening closing duties
- Follow all sanitation and safety protocols
- Assist with deep cleaning and facility projects as needed
