Requirements

Membership sales and customer service experience required
A passion for people and sales
High level of enthusiasm
Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
Weekend Availability is a MUST for this position.

Responsibilities

Support Spa Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations
Assist with HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling
Handle administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys
Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
Effectively communicate about health and wellness membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures
Outside Event marketing & social media marketing
Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, and break room
