About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Chicago is seeking a Full-Time Spa Ambassador to join their team in Chicago's Gold Coast. This luxury hotel, recognized for its exceptional service and top-tier spa, offers a unique work environment reminiscent of grand Parisian hotels. The Spa Ambassador will be responsible for welcoming and registering guests at the spa, salon, health club, or fitness center. This role also provides essential administrative and clerical support to Spa management, including tasks such as word processing, typing, email correspondence, filing, data entry, faxing, copying, and handling telephone inquiries.

Responsibilities

Welcome and register guests upon arrival at the spa, salon, health club, or fitness center.
Provide administrative and clerical support to Spa management.
Perform word processing, typing, and email correspondence.
Handle filing, data entry, faxing, and copying.
Answer telephone inquiries.
