About The Position

This is a full-time position for an experienced SP Mogul Operator. The role involves feeding raw materials to semi-automated machines, inspecting production for quality, monitoring and adjusting food cooking machines, and programming kitchen equipment to meet company and recipe standards.

Requirements

• Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in food production or in an industrial kitchen preferred.
• Previous machine operator experience, preferably food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Feed the necessary raw material to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect production to ensure they meet requirements.
• Monitor food cooking machines and adjust the controls for devices such as boilers, ovens, and cookers.
• Program kitchen equipment to operate according to company and recipe standards and make changes to cooking temperature and time.
