About The Position

The SP Mogul Operator is responsible for feeding raw materials into semi-automated machines, inspecting production to ensure quality standards are met, and monitoring food cooking machines. This role involves programming kitchen equipment according to company and recipe standards, adjusting cooking temperatures and times, and ensuring all safety standards in food production are followed.

Requirements

• Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in food production or in an industrial kitchen preferred.
• Previous machine operator experience, preferably food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Feed the necessary raw material to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect production to ensure they meet requirements.
• Monitor food cooking machines and adjust the controls for devices such as boilers, ovens, and cookers.
• Program kitchen equipment to operate according to company and recipe standards and make changes to cooking temperature and time.
