About The Position

As an integrated part of the team, your main focus as a Marketing Specialist Core Lab will be managing all on-market Life Cycle product management duties (Inbound Marketing). You will act as the resident business expert for your portfolio, interacting with global Life Cycle colleagues to ensure effective management at every stage. Working closely with Commercial Operations and the Regulatory & Quality chapters, you will ensure all on-market products are relevant for the Canadian market while collaborating with your Business Unit Marketing Strategist to deploy optimal strategies. You are owning the premarket plan and business case for new products leading up to their launch. You are responsible for all product forecasts, issues, and responding to NAM, Global, and eIBT requests. You are working directly with Commercial Operations to maintain and implement bi-directional updates on products, competition, and challenges. You are becoming the core business matter expert on the product portfolio for the Canadian Market. You are managing the successful life cycle of products from cradle to grave within your respective portfolio. You are collaborating closely across Chapters to ensure products remain relevant, competitive, and viable in Canada.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a Healthcare-related science.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in a Healthcare-related business within Sales, Marketing, Access, or Support.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the Public Healthcare System, preferably within Canada.
  • Characterized by an agile mindset, a growth-oriented focus, and a strong willingness to embrace New Ways of Working.
  • Proficient level of English is required.
  • Proficient level of French is required.
  • Able to accommodate minimal annual travel requirements of up to 25%.
