One of the main divisions of the AJW Group is AJW Technique, a state-of-the-art component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility with over 150 experienced and passionate technicians in Montreal. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the incumbent will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivering sales targets through delivery of timely and competitive quotes to ad-hoc customers in trades and various airlines. Work closely with other internal departments to facilitate on-time delivery. Combine with an appreciation of credit risk, margin calculation and understanding of commission structures. Understand commercial aspects of the business and market competitiveness. Gain awareness of aviation product, autonomy to flex to market demands, identify new business streams that arise in the day to day. This is a dynamic role, and further responsibilities may be added to support sales activity in the future.
