About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to build long-term relationships with dental professionals. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting a wide range of dental products and services. This position is fully remote, meaning you will perform your work from a home office or another approved location rather than a traditional company office. As a remote team member, you will be expected to maintain a reliable internet connection, a productive and distraction-free work environment, and consistent availability during established business hours. Regular communication and collaboration will take place through virtual tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging platforms, and email), and you will be responsible for staying engaged, meeting deadlines, and participating in team meetings and company initiatives. While the role offers flexibility and eliminates commuting, it also requires a high level of self-motivation, organization, and accountability to be successful.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role; preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present information.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written.

  • Strong knowledge of dental products, equipment, or services is a plus.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and research to target dental practices, clinics, and dental professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over the phone, video calls, or emails to educate potential clients about the features and benefits of our dental products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our dental products, services, and industry trends to effectively advise clients and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by converting leads into sales and upselling products as appropriate.
  • Process orders accurately and promptly, ensuring smooth transactions and timely delivery of products.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities and keep the company competitive.
  • Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
