Requirements

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Outgoing personality, placing customer satisfaction at the heart of decisions.
  • Reliable, resourceful, and dedicated individual.
  • Ability to bounce back easily and find solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize customer requests from various sources (email, phone, and web sales).
  • Respond to customer needs and find adequate solutions as required.
  • Perform necessary follow-ups and promptly inform key personnel of customer feedback (pricing, products, service, etc.).
  • Maximize sales to customers; propose alternative and complementary products.
  • Work closely with external sales staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on products offered and systems used.
  • May be required to negotiate prices and special conditions with customers according to established criteria.
