Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• 1 year verifiable OTR (Tractor-Trailer) experience in the last 3 years (or 6 months in the past year + certificate from a 120hr+ certified school/program).
• No local experience counting towards fulfillment.
• Max 6 jobs in 3 years | Max 2 jobs in the past year.
• Max 3 minor violations in 3 years (max 3 in the past year).
• ZERO major violations in 3 years (reckless, tailgating, 15+ mph speeding, hit-and-run).
• Max 3 preventable, non-reportable accidents or minor incidents in 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol convictions in 5 years.
• No violent convictions in 10 years.
• Lifetime DQ for sexual offenses or any CMV drug/alcohol conviction.
• Must be off probation/parole 5+ years.
• No pending charges.
• TWIC card required.

Nice To Haves

• Reefer experience.
• Experience with dry van freight.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor-trailer combination.
• Transport freight in a safe and timely manner.
• Adhere to all company and DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure TWIC card is obtained and maintained.

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Base Pay: $0.60 - $.62 CPM to start
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Paid Home Time: $50 per day while home on your reset (up to 4 days/months)
