In this exciting role, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operations of the Culinary Department, bringing creativity and passion to every plate. From crafting and executing innovative daily menus to overseeing food preparation, presentation, and garnishment, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talent while mentoring and inspiring hourly team members. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll contribute to menu development, catering execution, inventory and ordering, and help drive a culture of culinary excellence and hospitality.
