Requirements

  • High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Passion for food, service, and team leadership
  • Being passionate about people and service.
  • Strong communication skills are essential when interacting with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage food and labor costs within approved budget
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation
  • Lead, train, and develop kitchen team members
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety regulations
  • Plan menus and recommend improvements to increase profitability
  • Coordinate with catering and events teams to execute functions successfully
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and proper food storage
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
