About The Position

We're looking for a motivated culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoys developing a strong team, and takes pride in consistent food quality and execution. This position offers a competitive salary of $55,000–$65,000 , based on experience, along with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Paid Meals, and Employee Discounts. Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen execution during assigned shifts
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Coach, train, and develop BOH team members
• Support prep, inventory, food cost, and waste control
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Support ordering and product organization
• Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a strong overall guest experience
• Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused kitchen culture
