About The Position
We are seeking a strong, execution-focused Sous Chef to support culinary operations in a high-volume, full-service hotel environment. This role is critical to daily kitchen execution, banquet production, and team supervision.

- Full-service hotel or large restaurant experience
- Experience supporting high-volume production
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
Responsibilities
- Execute daily kitchen operations across banquets and restaurant
- Support food production for large-scale events
- Supervise and coach line staff
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
