About The Position

The Marriott Long Island is seeking a strong, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to help lead restaurant, banquet, and event operations within a high-volume full-service Marriott environment. Located adjacent to Nassau Coliseum and supporting significant banquet, sports, entertainment, airline, and group business, this role is ideal for an operational leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and enjoys leading large-volume service operations. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on guest experience, banquet execution, service standards, team performance, and operational consistency.

Requirements

  • Full-service hotel F&B leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Banquet and high-volume event experience required
  • Experience leading large teams in fast-paced hospitality environments
  • Strong floor presence and operational leadership ability
  • Ability to manage both guest experience and labor performance

Nice To Haves

  • Marriott experience preferred
  • Union experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily food & beverage operations across restaurant, banquet, and event service
  • Oversee banquet execution for high-volume events and group business
